On the purpose of life

Now, that's a catchy title, right?

But don't get too excited just yet.

I'll be honest, I have no idea what the ultimate purpose of everything is.

But, it seems like many really smart people have been trying to figure this out for a long time.

I've spent a lot of time thinking about this question myself.

Reading has been a big help, giving me inspiration and helping me figure out what direction I want my life to go in.

Finding or creating a purpose is a journey.

It doesn't just happen overnight.

It's about trying, failing, and trying again.

Here are the top 7 quotes I've found in the last two years that might help you too.

"Don't dedicate your life to reaching a goal but rather choose a way of life you know you will enjoy." (Hunter S. Thompson)

"If you ask me what I came into this life to do, I will tell you: I came to live out loud." (Emile Zola)

"Many people become so obsessed with being right about their life that the end up never actually living it." (Mark Manson)

"To see the world, things dangerous to come to, to see behind walls, draw closer, to find each other, and to feel. That is the purpose of life." (James Thurber)

"The world wants to assign you a role in life. The moment you accept it, you are doomed." (Rober Greene)

"Life is not about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself." (Georges Bernard Shaw)

"Life if trouble. Only death is not." (Nikos Kazantzakis)
