The "now" is the only thing that truly exists.

For today, try focusing on this thought:

"Life exists only at this very moment," as Alan Watts said.

We often spend most of our time dwelling on what has happened and what we could have done differently, or even on what will happen and how we will react.

However, we spend very little time in the here and now. Whether it's talking to our spouse, playing with our children, or simply being present, it's these moments in the present that truly matter.
